How ist storage carried out?

After consultation, you deliver furniture, boxes and bulky goods to our warehouse. Depending on your needs, you choose which pallet you prefer for storage. You will be responsible for packing the pallet. Pelase ensure that your items are packes stably and sercurely. We also check this to ensure that there is no damage to the items (e.g. because an insufficiently packed pallet falls over). We then wrap the packed pallet with packing film to further increase its stability.

How secure are my items stored?

Acess to the pallet warehouse is properly secured by 2 gates. In addition, an employee is also in the warehouse rooms at night. The storage rooms and the entrance are also equipped with cameras, and all movements are also recorded. These measures offer an high level of security for our customers.

Do I have to bring my own pallets?

No, we offer 2 pallet formats, On the one hand, we have the Euro pallet format with a length of 120 cm, a width of 80 cm and a base area of 0,96 m². For slightly larger needs we offer the XXL range with a length of 120 cm, a width of 100 cm and a base area of 1,2 m². The pallets are provided to our customers free of charge.

Are pallets stacked on top of each other?

No, each pallet has its own storage space. This is solid, safe, dry and protected from the sun in our hall. The stored goods are protected in the best possible way.

What do I pay when I have packed my pallet?

Billing for the rented pallet spaces takes place monthly. In most cases, the pallet is packed within the month. We charge the current month pro rata on the first day and the following month in full. The resulting amount must be paid on the day of storage in cash or by bank transfer. The customer then pays the monthly rent by bank transfer.

What should you pay attention to with the “extra high” pallets?

In general, we attach great importance to ensuring that the pallets are packed stably so that they can be maneuvered easily with a pallet truck. Logically, the stability of the “extra high” pallets suffers due to the packed height. Stability must be guaranteed by the support on the pallet; if this is not the case, the goods cannot be stored.

Is there an alternative storage option for larger bulky items?

Storage items that deviate from the pallet dimensions must be decided on a case-by-case basis. The best thing to do is to talk to us and send a few pictures via WhatsApp.
